At this point you may ask your customer to either login to an account that they have already created with you, or create a new account. There are two ways that your customer can access their book once their payment has gone through. Either they access it through a download on their account page on your website, or you just send them an email with a link to the download. If you want them to access it through an email link, you can follow the suggestions laid out in here for your website. These decisions will need to be made and implemented by your development team.
